Wonderful story of a simple pleasure most people have forgotten - the first, simple blooms of the season. Ironically, while dandelions are one of the (if not the) most nutritious herbs on the planet, Americans spend bazillions of dollars every year to kill them. The recipe in the book is wonderful. Better than french fries!
