Did you know that March is national reading month?
Many schools and libraries need new music they can use to promote literacy and the love of reading... do you have something cool and useful to add?
For the next 15 days you get a free READING song submission for each album (any topic) you enter for a KMA, of course if you don't have a CD or full album you would like to submit, you can always submit <http://www.kidsmusicaward.com/submit.html> your reading song for the regular $30 fee. No worries.
Winning songs about reading and books will be announced on March 1, 2011. Just in time for Read across America Week and Dr. Seuss birthday celebrations.
The Kids Music Award has recently announced the first round of song and album winners for 2011. You can see the list on our homepage http://www.kidsmusicaward.com . We would love to give you an opportunity to join the growing list of children's music recommended by librarians, teachers, parents and kids.
Why KMA is different: Affordable-just $75 per CD & $30 per song Fair-all music is judged (in a blind taste test) by librarians teachers parents and kids Caring-winners and non-winners all receive their evaluation and critique information
Nancy please pass this on to another children's music maker.
